This is a party-sized pre-mixed that's loaded full of tastes of the Christmas time, which makes it perfect for hosting a celebration. Any leftover cordial to use in morning drinks, puddings, or to make more rounds of the drink.

To make the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Method
For the Cordial: Place the listed items inside a pot, bring to a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the burner and leave to reach room temperature completely. Decant into a sealable bottle, close it and refrigerate it chilled, where it will keep for about one month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Combine the specified liquids in a big jug, let it rest for one hour, then strain best through cheesecloth, making it completely strained.
For serving: Add 85ml from the premix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute until cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
